Women-Owned Small Business Program

The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce is collaborating with the U.S. Small Business Administration to bring you the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program workshop.
The federal government's goal is to award at least five percent of all federal contracting dollars to women-owned small businesses each year.
At this workshop you will learn about the Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), the benefits of being a Women-Owned Small Business certified firm, and if you qualify for the WOSB program.
In addition, you will learn about WOSB's application process. If your business is owned and controlled by a woman, and you have a product or service you can sell to the federal government, and you want to take advantage of federal contracting opportunities, then this workshop is for you. This is a no-cost informational session.
