Understanding the CARES Act Webinar

The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a live webinar on the CARES Act stimulus bill. The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act allocated $350 billion to help small businesses during this pandemic.

The webinar takes place on Thursday, April 9th at 2 PM and will feature Jeff Lungren, Chief Health Care and Immigration Lobbyist for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Jeff Lungren is the chief health care and immigration lobbyist at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the business community’s leading lobbying organization. He spearheads the Chamber’s efforts on issues ranging from promoting employer-sponsored health insurance and increasing transparency, innovation, and value in health care to fixing our legal immigration system so that it meets our economic and workforce needs.
